Japan hands down is the least toxic region here.
I have played many games on the Tokyo server and those guys hands down are some of the most encouraging people you will see.
Unless you're fake flagging , how do you play on Tokyo server with 100+ ping ?
Mumbai is less toxic than Singapore where you get railed by racial slurs if they discover you are Indian. Does not matter if you are literally carrying the team.
I played on 120ms ping. Yes, I am a masochist. I have also played on Australian and EMEA servers.
I do it for the experience in unranked games. Compare gameplay etc.
BTW if you have a good connection high ping is not that big of a problem. Packet loss is. Packet loss causes you to teleport and lag. On high ping, you just get delayed peeks and peekers advantage.
Not that big of a factor in low to high plat-low diamond lobbies I am used to. A much bigger issue in pro matches.
Ohh and BTW I clutched so many rounds on Tokyo with this ping with Jett the team was really hyped up and fun to play with. So it's not as if it's unplayable.
Some people are really swayed quickly.
One bad day by one bad team especially when you have 0 experience going against maybe the best team in the tourney. That is what Japan went through.

All I’m saying is that these guys now don’t should overhype zeta because they won one map since Japan is the worst region in this tournament and everyone knows that. Nonetheless them getting slots is a good thing because of viewership etc.

LATAM is literally losing RN to Japan and yet Japan is the worst region in the tournament.
