Its the only server with istanbul that has good ping but istanbul is cancerous so I play frankfurt

I don't know but in last 5 games I've had like 2-3 Russians every game on my team only speaking Russian and its annoying af. Seen many enemies with cyrillic names as well. How to escape these guys?
