firstly ik its getting boring talking about this topic over and over, but he doesnt seem like he's okay like most ppl said and that he got his senses back, does this psychotic episode bcz of schizoprinia and the ptsd ever go away, like is there a hope he gets back to normal on meds or is he staying like this , its so sad if he will stay like this

The unfortunate part is that even if he does get better, no org is gonna want to take him anymore

What his recovery needs is time. The process of him recovering should be very long. Mental health isn't something that can get healed quickly. It may take months, or even years.

If its a singular manic/psychotic episode, it will likely clear up in a matter of months and then he will have to do a long time of therapy + meds to continue his rehabilitation. If its schizophrenia, then it can take anywhere from a month to multiple years for him to get better.

With the very brief google search I made, apparently manic episodes can last months and the best thing someone who's not a therapist can do is talk to the person normally and don't say "you're manic" etc. to their face which will just lead to them acting more defensive
