f4q are in a weird spot as a team. they started as a 4fun content team and have progressively improved to the point where they can contend with pro teams, but they still have a remainder of their "stream team" era: fivek. he's just not a player that can compete at this level unfortunately, and what makes things worse is that he takes up a role with enormous impact
the reason they're hesitant to make a definitive roster move that would bring them to the next level, where they can actually compete with the big dogs, is that fivek is basically the soul of the team. he brought everyone together, he's was one of the biggest names, and he leads the team. hard decision to make.
