The director rlly let his opinion for the characters show

for example Ron was made incompetent Hermione was given credit for Ron’s achievements and snape is actually likeable in the movie

Well my personal opinion is books can never be adapted into movies. U can't cover the story in a movie. A web series is the only thing capable of replicating it. That's why me ppl are excited about pj series and Lockwood and co

Imo if u read Percy Jackson before Harry Potter u won’t enjoy it, the order gotta be Harry Potter, PJ, HOL, MC then trials of apollo otherwise it just don’t work
