you can still play the old ones, and the new ones are good too

Fuck you. They went in a good direction with this gen I hope they continue innovating and not releasing the same game again. Play the old ones or rom hacks then.

I still only remember the original 150 pokemons. everything after that is a blur to me. If I really try maybe I can recollect the 100 added later but thats it.

XY is peak

Gens 4 and 5 were amazing.

Tbh I don’t even play the mainline games anymore. Rom Hacks are the move nowadays, especially ones that improve on old games like Radical Red or Inclement Emerald

Gen 5 is goated

mega evolutions were goated, i don't know why they got rid of them

XY and XYZ were good too. The final sprint of the pokemon last season is also good. I just donot feel like watching it anymore.

i think the direction they're taking with the pokemon themselves and the region gimmick is great (terastallization is awesome and dynamaxing was good too). the only thing i don't like is how careless they're becoming with making the games. both sword/shield and scarlet/violet have or had hella bugs and it seems clear to me that as long as people keep buying the games Game Freak will just not put as much effort into optimizing their games. :/
