In playoffs, riot puts the #1 EMEA and #1 Americas team as higher seeds than #2 EMEA and #1 PACIFIC within the playoffs.

This means that the #1 emea and #1 americas will play the 2nd seeds from the group stage (ezier teams) and the #2 emea and #1 Pacific will play the 1st seeds from the group stage (harder teams).
