Why americans need a visa for tokyo?

Is it because of WWII? My mom got her visa for Sapporo in like 2 days, why isn't possible for demon1 to get a visa?

on stream he was talking about it, he has never left the country so he has never had a passport, that is the reason he cant get a visa, but they will for sure have him for champs

It’s not a tourism visa, he can’t work (read: play Valorant professionally) on a tourism visa

the only reason is just that he needs a work visa in particular and those take a while to acquire especially with the way Japan has their system for everything being all bureaucratic (lots of extra hoops to jump through for seemingly no real reason apparently)
