Tencent announces future Valorant China release

As part of an LPL press conference held on September 4 at 4:15 PM (Beijing Time), Tencent Games officially announced the future release of Valorant in China, pending approval from NPPA.

The move comes as little surprise, as it was previously revealed that the APAC Last Chance Qualifier would grant two slots for the China region.

The competitive scene is very small, but the all the skins duped their value. So same will mean more money for Riot, the thing is if that will represent something for us too (more prizepool bigger events) or not

I don’t think that had anything to do with it. Just the little fact the competitive scene in China was never that big to begin with, only like 2 teams were good. CSGO is big in China, just the competitive scene remains on the smaller level and will probably stay that way.

the government recently announce a 3 hour limit in a week on all esports for children under 18. I don't know if 3 hours is enough for three matches. Also I don't mind being clapped in Valorant, already quit this game. Slow and awful movement. Maybe if I was 12 I would be interested in going 'pro'.
