Now that they clearly have a gigachad star raze and one of the most iconic jett players in their team, should they go back and try a double duelist comp on most maps?
it could work on entry based attacking side maps like split, bind, ascent and even fracture.
The idea reminds me of old school Paper rex with jingg and forsaken on reyna/raze and jett.
It will become easy to anti this type of playstyle tho. Sure they will play double duelist on some maps, but they shouldn't for the majority of them. I don't know where u got the Ascent idea from, but that will just have too many disadvantages. It won't work consistently at all. It's a type of comp you wanna surprise the opposing team with, not playing it every game.
Ascent is very op heavy defense side whenever teams play it, Tenz can easily Counter-op players on the attacking side if he doesn’t have to entry every-time. And Tenz struggles to entry on Jett on ascent without being properly setup, if Zekken enters for Tenz or they entry together, it can possibly work. Just food for thought though
I like the idea, but the problem is Kayo is giving you info on CT side that is really valuable. Along with this your getting rid of flashes which is almost a necessity to make Jett plays or take site. You just lose so much without having one of those inits on that map especially with how default heavy it is
All the teams use the Same comp on Ascent on every region, there’s a reason why that is so. The default heavy map requires info for Both the sites and Running double duelist is seriously hard nowadays. But a Change of pace in a default heavy map is what makes me think they can pull it off. Teams are habitual to slow ascent play, raze and jett can capitalise on that habit
