Korean Teams Are know for being Structured and Discipline. Like Fnatic even calls "DRX " which mean no body is overpeaking and Everyone is disciplined in post plants. At this point DRX is the only team that plays Post plants to perfection . Even T1's Post plant are good.
But seeing Global Esports Coach " Eraser " 2 yrs And he can't make his players Disciplined. SkRossi still overheats pushes CT(Now the change is Ayrin also Goes CT with SkRossi) . I don't think Eraser is really putting some work. Just hire a good experienced coach from NA(maybe syyko From NA to bring some structure and discipline to the team.

Sykko is good at bringing structure to teams but he is not good at strats he is a very good coach for mental. He should go to gen.g they need a coach like that. GE would benefit from a coach like ENGH more that is like a drill sergeant, he litterally made tsm into a decent team with a meh crop of players.

woah if he comes to GE then it would be very very good. Tired of Eraser , he was with GE for more than 2 years and still not performing , their anti strat is worst out of all teams other than DFM, even RRQ has good anti strats Than GE.

The coach isn't always the issue. While there might be problems, who are you to say that it's completely the coach's fault that a certain individual can't play disciplined and not the fault of the players themselves?

No I am Not saying it's coach Fault all the time Players also Weren't performing but Like U can see Everyone even guys in platchat where flaming Coaching staff of GE coz they playing so ass comps and Players don't decide What comps they will be running. If Players Like Messi or Ronaldo or Virat Kohli didn't had Right guidance or If they didn't had a great coach they won't at this Level where they are Right Know

So U are saying if there is a class and The children are not Disciplined it's not the job of the teacher to teach them to be in disciplined. Children have to learn by themselves to be disciplined.

The only thing I don't like about Eraser is He is making Them play Shit comps. Pearl comp is doomed, Hevan Comp with Harbour Viper was never good even Loud struggle to run that on Hevan, Lotus comps is ass,
