- Get a tier 1 analyst and a performance coach
Player Transactions
Talent is being wasted so transfer these amazing players to amazing teams :)
- -Ayrin: He can easily get into any franchised team in NA (maybe 100T or SEN idk)
- -Bazzi and -T3xture: 99999999% they can get very easily into korean partnered leagues.
- -Monyet: ez RRQ or Boom
Infrastructure
- Setup in SEA country so you can scrim with top teams on a daily basis, preferably Singapore so you can scrim Chinese teams as well.
- Continue local operations in India to keep your fanbase happy
Social
- Stop #GEFIGHTING, no one likes that shit
- Stop overhyping shit (skrossi played just once in LOCK//IN, and they released a documentary like bro grow up)
- Fire all your shitty interns who do nothing but create cringe content
- Hire an SMM like that of Sentinels
- Send your sensible handful amount of staff to social conduct training
Gameplay
- 6 man Indian Roster backed up with proper coaching staff (look at BBL and FUT, they definitely aren't the best but still try every game to be the best and are doing a great job at it.)
- Understand that having the same first language is HIGHLY BENEFICIAL in competitive FPS.
- Don't sign boomers. Indian orgs are well known for that. I know signing young talent is unreliable, but you have 6 months to prepare for the next season. Don't fuck this up next time.
- Kick skrossi and LF, they ain't worth it. And its fucking proven so don't come and cry to me "but he pwayed like waspas against DFM 🥺🥺"
