Live updates for games gone?

Hey, as far as I'm aware sometime in the last few weeks live updates have just disappeared for me, before that most matches would get live score updates as they happened. Is this intentional or is there some setting I can use to reenable them? If the live updates are gone for good, does anyone have any tips on coding a live updater using the Riot API myself?

IIRC mods are the ones who manually update the live score and they only do that on popular matches

I haven't seen live updates for any games recently though, not even like SEN vs LOUD which was arguably one of the most popular matches recently lol, maybe just some regions?
