I am just gonna explain why your placing for NRG players is shambolic

S0m too early to be S
Crashies B is a crime and putting him alongside the whole EG roster is a horror take
Fns C is a bigger crime, minimum S
Victor A is not so bad but in the same tier as Heat, Dgzin, Asuna, Jakee is criminal
Putting Ardiis C when he is a Masters winner and is looking good past couple of games is also criminal.

TLDR: You are a criminal and should be locked up ASAP.

this list is more based off recency bias in the vct americas league. im well aware of fns's and ardiis achievments but as of right now they arent doing to well. moreover i probably shoudve stated beforehand i didnt factor in things like igl'ing hence why many of the igls are lower down on the list.
But,

S0m has been playing phenomal, he definently deserves that S rank.
putting crashies in the B tier was a crime im sorry
I believe the EG roster deserve B, but you could make arguments for c0m, jawg, or even ethan to be in the C tier

Dgzin's impact is so underrated, the amount of FK he gets is crazy
Jakee was kind of a wild card for me; he had his ice cold moments along with his solid performances across the board so i put him in A
Asuna would probably be in that A- to B+ tier for me, i just decided to go with A tier
although you didnt mention it taco should be way higher up idk why i put him down there
