His current form is world class and wydm 'hasn't done anything major' on international stage? He was pretty good on Chamber last year on LANs. Its was him, Leo and Trexx carrying Guild while Russ used to drop stinkers. guild had only had one apperance on LAN and that was the only time sayf did decently well, flash foward to LOCKIN he had a horrible performance

whilst loud had consistenyl made eveyr LAN event, performed well in 2/3 and still did well in LOCKIN

LOCKIN doesn't count because it was only 1 match and he wasn't even playing duelist. Also, saying he did "decently well" at masters 2 copenhagen is an understatement. Sayf had the second highest rating and ACS in the tournament while 3 out of the 4 games he played were against the 3 best teams at the time, and those 3 games were also the ones he performed the best in. He has definitely shown that he can be world-class already.
