• Syyko stepping down was a huge surprise for the team

• he received a discord message about the change in coaching staff

• It wasn’t in the plans. There were obviously some differences between Rob Moore and Syyko

• Kaplan’s role is essentially the same but he tries to fill the emotional coaching void as well as strategic

• Marved fit right into the team and understood his role immediately even after a long break since September

• dephh indicated roles might be changing going forward, especially after how well the team played against LOUD

• dephh says going back to comfort picks is what SEN is going to do for the rest of the season seeing how well Sacy played on initiator

DEPHH ON HIS OWN PERFORMANCE

• his igl role hasn’t allowed him to focus on performance

• team has been turbulent and he feels overwhelmed dealing with so many issues such as :

• SEN having to start practice late because of visa issues for the brazilian duo

• Tenz being sick and marved having to sub in

• being overwhelmed by these issues had a knock on his own performance at times

marved is probably going out after mibr and tenz comes back but this time they will give sacy and pancada their original roles or deph will rotate between senti and smokes because he just cant shoot so just let the people who can shoot back get back to their comfy roles so they can pop off

he doenst need to perform like lev kingg, he just need to hold his ground like saadhak, boaster and fns. the problem is he's holding back the team.
its not like his igl is that good anyway, its mostly individual plays that win them round, not his calls.

any examples of Dephh being free from his IGL and focussing on performance? Hasn't he just always been a mid mid player but kept his job because lack of IGLs
