title, since KC look so ass, can french canadians play for KC or like NiSMO and johnqt play for KC in europe or not because of like the "3 player" regional rule

like how RRQ got a warning for not having any indo players as an "indo franchised org"

they can be classified as imports, and afaik there is no rule stating they should only get french/french speakers, they can go internatl if they want but they insisted on that french speaking team

but because they aren't born in france or french they don't count as one of the 3 french players for a french org?

There's no "country" rule. They can buy any player all across Europe with max 1 from outside doesn't matter French or not

its because they are from americas, if they have residency in emea then theyll not be considered imports

no despite their goal to have an all french speaking roster, there is no regional rule for EMEA
(if anything teams are expected to mix as many countries as possible, since riot didnt try to spread out the orgs countries)

NA imports into EMEA are still super unlikely since salaries are just lower over here afaik
+ theres still a ton of talent in france, its just KC fcking their team up so bad
