I wouldn't be surprised if many count SEA/JP/KR as the weakest teams once again. While Reykjavik did break the stigma of these regions of being cannon fodder, they weren't wrong per se either considering that while NUTURN went far, X10 finished 7-8th, and they defeated CR in order to avoid last place. But each match that they lost, they were competitive. And it pulled a lot of eyes towards them. However, that was Reykjavik.
Berlin brings an entirely new lineup for these regions, except CR who's the sole returner from the region. There's not enough sample size on how they would perform internationally, but regionally?
VS and F4Q bring a lot of versatility and creativity that we've seen out of the KR teams, and I think that'll be the catalyst for them on performing well if needed.
ZETA and CR bring that firepower and crazy playstyles that they've shown in the past, especially ZETA since we knew them as the dominant Absolute JUPITER pre-Masters 1.
Paper Rex brings the absolute stylish, flashiest, and aggressive style that SEA is known to have. f0rsakeN, if anything, embodies that nature. Bren Esports are also in the same vein. While SEA as a whole is a melting pot of aspects of gameplay from regions around them, they've always had that aggressive, in-your-face gameplay that might catch teams down if they underestimate them. You saw how it went for Team Vikings who almost lost to X10 in Reykjavik, and many had expected a sweep.
All-in-all, I expect either VS, ZETA, and/or Paper Rex/Bren to go further into the tournament if all goes right. Do I expect them to win the entire thing? Eh, not exactly. They're still fresh onto the international stage, but y'know, don't underestimate them.
