not sure about oxg and tsm point-tiebreaker, but i assume OXG is ahead bc they placed better in MSF.

two teams from each pot join each group. Groups in Split 2 cannot have more than 3 teams from the same group in Split 1. Once three (3) teams are drawn from the Pots from the same group in Split 1, the remaining teams will be automatically placed into groups opposite to their Split 1 grouping.
