yay is much better than a good handful of players on current franchised NA teams. the problem is, C9 (broke) screwed him over knowing very well his salary was going to be massive. by the time C9 realized their mistakes, it was too late and no team is willing to make changes so close to the start of the season. yay is actually trying to become a more flexible player, learning how to play raze and such, but keep in mind he first became el diablo off of playing jett. lock//in was not a fair representation of his skills and the people who doubt him are simply blind.

he has the potential to play in NA VCL and possibly a NA franchised team that makes changes after not qualifying for tokyo/champions.

marved himself has said he wants to take a break from playing... he would not just sign to a team with a clear starting five at this point in time especially with how good he is. He is most likely just going to be a signed streamer there because teams are required to have a sixth man, and for SEN having both a big streamer and a very competent player to sub IF needed is a great option. That's why they had Sick and now with what is going on there, they are just using marved in the exact same way.

Also the theory about pancada switching to sentinel because of ranked games is so absurdly silly.

I think Yay is still one of the best players. Perhaps the problem for a team to include him is considering his salary. If it's possible for him to lower his salary, or even accept the average player's salary, big teams will be interested.
Imagine what if Yay lowered his salary, then he joined Yay's GE/RRQ, of course this would be an amazing show🤣
