Their new video showed some clips of their discussion right after the game. Redgar said that multiple times people were not listening to his calls on ct side when he had reads, and their was clear tension between Sayf and Redgar in their conversations. This team clearly has a S tier roster (except Soulcas, but he often does his job and is still not a bad player) but I don't think they will ever live up to their potential cuz teams like this never work.

and he is not someone like s1mple who is also toxic AF but his is insane at the game
he is clearly bringing the team atmosphere down
Reminds to be seen. Its likely just differences in styles and something that will get better as time goes by. Sayf worked just fine with Koldamenta and he even had some great ideas in RedBull Homegrounds while leading. Maybe he is just used to doing calling as well while maybe Redger has always been the strong main voice on Gambit/M3C.
Also I'm pretty sure at the start of this roster some of them said how they all share the same vision and want to be straight honest with each other rather than staying quiet if someone sees something they don't like.
