TL will not win anything unless they kick Redgar.
Redgar is the problem.
The system they have is clearly not working.
Inb4 "it's just one series"
That series clearly exposed TL's issues
They need to rebuild from zero or it's over.

Redgar isn't the problem, Soulcas is. The guy is really good but inconsistent
No one on that team is the "problem" atm. The problem is the gameplan and synergy.
Sayf interview seems like a clash of ego's to who's approach is best for that game.
I agree, having an ego isn't a bad thing but when it undermines the IGL it will cause problems.
Im not going to judge too quick because regard calling back on gambit seemed sometimes bad. Just cutting noise and rehitting sites isn't a consistent gameplan
Yes I watched his stream several times but had to turn it off because of his ego, this guy thinks he is aspas
Redgar needs to adapt to English, but there is no better IGL's in EMEA rn. Only Ange1 and Boaster and then comes Redgar/Koldamenta
I'm not as high on Kolda as it seems everyone else is, however i do think he's the clear number 4 IGL in EMEA
It's really hard to rank IGL's without the comms, but yeah it's something like that. It all depends on what you value more consistency like kolda winning and brining several teams to LAN, or actually being an international Champion like Redgar or Bonecold.
I think that's def the top 5 but can't decide the order, do have to say I do not like Bonecold at all since he has had to stop IGLing several times on his teams, I don't think he is a pure IGL like the other 4
Redgar isnt the problem he was in 2 grand finals he won 1 of them surely his igling is good i think the problem is soulcas is not enough to win a tournament and sayf nAts redgar jamppi do not have a good chemistry
While it's true that Team Liquid Valorant has struggled in some recent matches and tournaments, it's important to remember that success in competitive gaming is often a result of a team's overall synergy and strategy, not just the performance of individual players. Blaming a single player, such as Redgar, for a team's lack of success is not necessarily fair or accurate.
It's possible that there are other factors contributing to Team Liquid's struggles, such as communication issues, lack of preparation, or weaknesses in their overall team strategy. Additionally, making a drastic change like kicking a player and rebuilding from scratch is not always the best solution, as it can disrupt the team's chemistry and take time to adjust to a new player and playstyle.
Instead of solely blaming Redgar for Team Liquid's performance, it may be more productive to analyze the team's gameplay and strategy as a whole and identify areas where they can improve. It's also important to remember that success in esports is never guaranteed, and even top teams experience periods of struggle and growth.
