Thailand and indo have a pretty good t2 scene, alot of orgs
They are also the top 2 SEA regions in terms of viewership.

They have but eventually every org want to get to assension trying to go atleast top5, we have 3 teams full of new young talent that are not seen before
it's cheaper to import pinoys than to invest in young talents. hope GE/VLT or any prominent org starts an academy for young aspiring players.
India doesn't have good PC players rn which can be trusted. Orgs don't want to take risk with young talent after forsaken and xhade debacle. Even deadly10 was accused of cheating at one point in time. Add to that, the economy isn't developed enough for middle class to afford a gaming PC. Gaming cafe culture has also died in tier 1 cities as far as I know. The player base isn't as big as people expect it to be.
If the rumour about ray4c is true he genuinely should just move there. He has decent amount of Indian fans looking at his comment and chat and he can easily farm content there 🗿
Hvoya and Flabben have both beaten FPX and been some of the best Russian players at some point. This is more than good enough to farm this league. Played with Derke, Cloud etc, took maps off GMB
