It's very hard to know which region has the best of something. Only thing I can see clearly are EMEA recons. Trexx, cloud, Leo, shao all elite. Also America's with sentinels. Shy and Less were the two best imo. Alfajer and Suy come close.

For flash it's complicated. As the Brazilian recon talent all played Skye in this meta. So you would have to compare mwzera, cauanzin, sacy with chronicle, zyppan, molsi. It's complicated.

EMEA has a lack of good controller players
