If thats what they agreed on, then how is she in the wrong here? If he was allowed to, it seemed she wanted to know first, probably vice versa with sick. She posted mad about it so she obviously didnt know, so even then I still don't get how shes wrong here. the posting on twitter was weird but unless theres more behind the scenes stuff i dont get it. Relationships are all about boundries, cheating to one couple might means something else to another couple

tl;dr she called their arrangement a half-open relationship (which is basically what you said in the first sentence), she got backlash for that dumb justification so now she calls it solely an "open relationship" to make sick look worse than he actually was
he still cheated but she's choosing choice words to make herself look better when she's not innocent in the situation
honestly no one knows what kind of agreement they had but them, from the surface it seemed very lopsided though. she wanted to sleep with ONE other guy, which is almost worse than just saying "i want to be able to sleep with anyone", IMO. it means she had one person she wanted to sleep with specifically, thats almost like youre in another relationship if your sexually monogamous with 1 person but still "in a relationship" with a different person? and then hes not even allowed to flirt with other girls without her permission? idk its very weird and likely we dont have the full picture, and also likely that maybe they agreed to things and said they were ok with it just to prevent more conflict, anyways. who really knows....who really cares... lol

im not sure if sick will be able to find a new job in e-sports because we know that this scene is really harsh on pro player psychological and someone with a past like that is difficult to a coach (for example) to be too tough.
hardly will be able to recover from such damage, and even know she is making fun to not bail him out.. so if he stays like 180 days, basically his career is over in this year + next year too.
