because it's not like val pros could break through an already made scenes with well established pros. Same game same concept. Valorant on the other hand was a new game with new abilities. Switching games while being a t1 t2 pro would be a mistake

People will only go pro if there's money or incentives for them to try. Unless Valve radically change and support their esports scene nothing will change. Unless orgs actually come back to cs nothing will change.

for tier 1 scene, what about tier 2 and tier 3? Riot gives incentives to the org and pay them as franchise partners. They are more focus on making a healthy scene for everyone.

valve also gives incentives to orgs through sticker money (which i can GUARANTEE makes more money than the champs bundle), and the open circuit scene makes it easier to develop grassroots talent so the tier 2 scene is better off in csgo.

secondly, the entry barrier to go pro is cs is incredibly high, there are so many 16-17 yo incredibly cracked kids whos been playing cs for 6-7 years constantly and are playing in acad leagues rn along with experienced cs pros playing tier 1/2/3 since 2013, there's just too less chance of being a cs pro unless you have some exceptional talent

I think its gonna be cool for casual players maybe, valve makes it more friendly for people who dont wanna fucking grind the game like crazy and learn a lotta lineups and just wanna have some fun.

i mean learning lineups in csgo is even easier than learning lineups in valorant, with free tools like Yprac, or paid tools like Refrag NADR, although in csgo, they're a lot more essential

The no.1 issue with valorant right now is the extremely obedient and complient community. They will accept any garbage riot throws at them and constantly glorify them. And all of that, not because Riot deserves it, but because they hate Valve.
