Tbf, compared to other regions (except Japan perhaps), VCT SEA news doesn't/didn't get reported. Albeit (personally) it's kind of a big news such as the fact that X10 didnt manage to get past the group stage or just match result reports in general.
Probably vlr.gg is still new and doesn't have a South East Asian news division yet because of low demands for SEA, or they'll only report the final result of the tournament, OR maybe there's nothing interesting about SEA (in that case, I completely understand lmao). Needless to say, I don't know for sure.
The thing is, having a report for a match could let the readers know what happened in the game without having to rewatch the whole match and listen to interviews. If you ask me, the importance of it being majority of the SEA region has transitioned to valorant. In other words, SEA pro players from previous FPS games like CSGO, PUBG, Overwatch, etc, has crowded SEA valorant's competitive scene. Without a doubt, they brought many audience/fans as well and most likely in need of news rather than just checking and scrolling through match results.
Simply said, I just hope in the future vlr.gg could equally give the same attention to all regions.
