Some examples (and this is just the start of it) of what a data specialist could bring:

• What is the optimal loadout in X situation?
• Optimal agents? Synergies?
• What are each players biggest weaknesses and strengths?
• When to properly retake or save?
• Which ults to prio?
• What are our teams biggest weaknesses?
• Which fights on each map are highest EV?
• When should we stack ults?

It seems very unlikely to even scratch these type of questions if you have to dedicate any sort of time to do playbook development.
