question about the leagues

so we know that top 3 from each league will qualify to tokyo , but how is it gonna work?
because right now in the emea league its a round robin style and as of right now there is no "main event" or "playoffs" on vlr page right now
so it gonna be top 3 after the round robin qualify? or will we have a playoffs stage and its just not updated on VLR?
or have they not announced it yet?

i mean maybe 10 team round robin wont look so long if they play 2 matches a week

I don't even think we even have confirmation on how many teams will be at tokyo. Just that the winner of lock-in earns an extra slot for their region.

3+3+4 pretty sure its announced (UNLESS they want to add china teams again which might change the format like lock in

when they were announcing partnered teams they announced , they said 30 teams for lock in (then changed it to 32 after china unbanned valo) and they said 3 teams from each region (+1 for the region that wins lock in) will qualify to the next lan
