I am all for more International LANS, but lets not pretend it wouldn't be the same if EU won Masters 2 and NA having to hear it for 3 months. There isn't a region around that would not shit talk after winning the first international LAN event. It just so happened NA won this event. And whoever wins Masters 3 whether it's NA, EU, TR, CIS, BR, KR, or even JP and LATAM will be the ones shit talking the losers. Even as an NA fan who more often than not is on the losing foot, I wouldn't want to ever change. Light hearted shit talking is fun. It's only when people get personal that it becomes shitty.

Why are you pretending EMEA were not shit talking the most of these forums the months leading up to Iceland? It's like EU has had so much success in other esports that they never had to deal with a little bit of shit talk, so when they finally have a tiny bit of banter they get annoyed too easily.

2nd place at Iceland giving more points than 3rd-4th at Berlin is such a fucking joke

G2 and SMB might not make LA because of it (they are new teams without any points), BUT THEY ARE INSANE

They need to make sure that the circuit points values make sense or the regions in EMEA are seperated.

I think SMB will prob make it to LA anyways though. Fnatic seem lackluster though. Hopefully Acend and SMB get 1st and 2nd to assert dominance though.

For SMB to make LA - they need to be top-2 at Masters 3.
Literally impossible with Sentinels, Envy, 100 Thieves, Vision Strikers and other EMEA teams... Literally impossible.

I'm rooting for Acend and Gambit to qual and fill those 2 EMEA Champions spots, as both these teams already have 100 and 145 points respectively, for them to surpass Fnatic - super easy.

I just don't want Fnatic to have an easy spot at LA. They don't deserve it. They gotta smash LCQ to get it.

I think if Gambit doesnt choke in EMEA qualifiers they can make it, Gambit needs to get top 12 in Berlin and Acend needs to get top 8 in Berlin to pass Fnatic, so if they dont choke in EMEA qualifiers Gambit’s goal is pretty easy and Acend will most likely make it to top 8.

Edit: I miscalculated, Gambit only needs to qualify for Berlin and Acend needs to get top 12 in Berlin. If they both qualify its gg then.

Maybe. But it doesn't change the fact that FUT don't deserve to be there. And at least some other teams deserve to be there. And even if they won't win it. They at least deserve to be there.

And as an example. Some teams deserve to be in LCQ but not to win it. C9 in NA had a really good run in Challengers 2 bringing down a few giants. They deserve to be in LCQ. But not to win it. I don't see C9 winning it at all.

I just think in EU there needs to be 3 seperate LCQ's that lead up to another challenger finals-ish type of thing so that you get the best from all of EMEA who haven't qualified yet
