AT NUMBER 30… we have BBL
history:
if u want to see one of the greatest jett performances of all time, go back and watch the vod of russ vs TL: https://www.vlr.gg/16829/bbl-esports-vs-team-liquid-champions-tour-stage-2-emea-challengers-playoffs-opening-b
it may not be an understatement to say that map 1 of this game was the peak of BBL valorant
BBL has always been the embodiment of turkish val, with cNed and russ being especially notable past stars for them.
present:
AsLanM4shadoW is the only surviving member of the original vct team. He has always been a solid support player who is both flexible and a strong rifler.
Turko and Brave bring with them a winning history from being part of the SMB super team that made it to Masters Berlin.
SouhcNi is a fairly decent, if not uninspiring, initiator player who was flirting with the borderline of tier 1 play before being selected by BBL for EMEA League.
QuotionerX is by far BBL’s biggest strength. He was the main reason BBL was able to upset Acend last year, and he has that innate dawg in him that makes him able to consistently find first bloods and take over games
conclusion:
while these are certainly respectable players, turko and brave have kinda been on a downward trajectory while SouhcNi was a questionable choice to round out their team. BBL have never demonstrated a novel strategy or approach to the game that makes them stand out and above other teams.
