I don't want to be a downer, but how is this paying it off? I think Trent will regret not going to franchising when he's sitting at home during the biggest events of the year.
imo winning ascension / making it to ascension tourney then getting picked up >>> doing bad in partnership league with a diff core/team
same reason clear didn't go to EG
risky? yes
worth it? also yes
slightly different imo.
trent would 100% be a starter at eg
clear im not sure, i think its better he grinds t2 where he is guaranteed games
fun fact: The Guard offered to let Riot use SoFi stadium and they still got denied franchising. What does The Guard not have except clout??? They literally have the most talented social media production team in VALORANT, a dedication to supporting their players in the best way possible, a strong belief in their team, they're rich as fuck, etc.
Because the Guard is rich as fuck due to them sharing the same parent company as Arsenal,Denver Nuggets and a OW league team but not many fans
good q though genuinely
I wonder if it's proven talent/past history in other games like cs with c9 or EG,
but then again SEN isn't super well known/didn't treat their structure well enough to help their players out to succeed outside of lego chug jug game and 2021 val run with old roster
