6 month of relationships ended
Now she's in depression + drinking alcohol 48h w no sleep.

Im in contact with her best friend, she says everything is bad. What's your suggestions? I fell bad but I couldn't continue to be with her.

As mean as this may sound you have to just let them be. Distance usually helps the most when going through a break up, if anything just ask her BF to make sure she doesn't do anything life threatening and take care of her. If you had to let her go, you had to do what's right for you and that's totally okay.

Thnx dude, I think i did everything right like in any break up. I met her and we had long talk about the break up, all I wanted is to make sure we can end it like mature people with no conflicts, hysteria etc. But she loves me too much and doesn't want the break up.

Also its been only 2 days so its kind of understandable, but eventually let it be like week or two she will likely get back to more normal. Just tell her friend to make sure that everything is ok for time being. Some people will overreact over stuff like this and might not think clearly. Overall I would recommend just letting it be, but obviously you could also sent message or let the friend tell her that you don't want her to drink and everthing is going to be alright or something.
