VLR Ranking System

I was wondering what the point system is that VLR uses to determine the top teams. I'm assuming it's based on team average combat score, W/L record, the number of rounds they win/or lose by, and possibly headshot %? Would be interesting to know the criteria along with the criteria weighting.

It's practically like an elo system in ranked. If you win a match against them. Then you gain an amount of points in what the relation of your points their points are. It's kinda dumb. They should fix it.

You are asking them to release the criterion/weights to their system? There are probably interests on their end to not have that be public knowledge. If not, imo they should open source it, kind of like osu! open sourced their ranking system.

really? I do think a couple minor touchups could be useful, but idk it seems fine enough when the tournaments are all done. it only looked weird when people were looking at it in the middle of the stage 2 challengers when half of the teams weren't even playing
