I used to play on a low res in cs go for more fps on potato pc. Stopped doing it in valorant after I upgraded. Now i try doing the same thing but it doenst increase my fps in valorant? Is this game different or?

im trying it on my friends potato pc
cpu is more important for valorant
i remember cs go is also a very cpu heavy game though
cpu bottleneck
unfortunately in this game it doesn't affect fps at all
