They said R or rating has a complex formula, but I feel the rating 7/10 accurate.

I mean its pretty good especially in isolation.
just alot of people arent using it right.

when you use the stats for like a short event or a single game. its good

it becomes really inconsistent when people use it over longer time periods.
the ranking system (for teams) for example is pretty hit and miss especially due to how volatile the meta is.
and how short the timespans of rosters actually are
