Chill out dude this is a third party event organized by Red Bull. And obviously they thought Visas’s would be in time

it's an off season tournament, they probably didn't think ahead especially when the roster has just been announced

if it's VCT riot is 100% gonna account all the russian players so that they can play in a country where there would be no problem with russian visas

its not riot that is running this event. the first event held by Riot will be Lock In Brazil so no worries, russian players will get visas quite easy
