SEA cant have one channel because individual countries are bigger in Valorant here unlike SA which is dominant by India only . They'd better off named their twt account to valIndia or smth . Look at all the posts there

twitter isnt big in some of the sea countries plus all of us speak different languages since english isnt a 2nd language in other SEA countries its better to have dedicated social media accounts that cater to their own language.
