What toppings do you get on your pizza? How do you ask for it to be cooked? What sides do you get?

I get it half plain half pepperoni, ask for it to be crispy or well done, and I get an order of onion rings.

if we doing the dominos 2 topping deal its got to be mushrooms and sausage. but mainly I like supreme ones (onions, mushrooms, pepperoni, sausage, green peppers, black olives). i don't ask for a specific way to be cooked and I want it spread all around
