Is apac being underrated?

Outside of DRX and PRX i dont see anyone really considering apac contenders despite the region being so rich with talent I can totally see Gen.G, T1, Talon, and Zeta (if they dont get matched up against the champs twice again) doing really well internationally. But it seems like everyone has decided that its just gonna be EMEA vs Americas next year. Am i off the goop with copium or are we still a dark horse region?

While all the other APAC teams have to build chemistry and see what works for them internationally DRX and PRX already have all that so what most likely is gonna happen is that DRX and PRX will bully all the other teams domestically and internationally will be the same case DRX and PRX carrying the league
