This is gonna be my log for the status of my NNN challenge. I will update everyday, feel free to start your own log in the comments!
Day 1: 🥜🗿
Day 2: 🥜💀
That statement contradicts itself, as you are admitting to be able to not withhold the urge to reproduce or at the very least get the feeling of pleasure from reproduction like an animal. That goes against ur first point of being civilised, don't u think?
And I'm pretty sure that it's all mental when it comes to this need for reproduction, because physically, the body has wet dreams when it needs to release sprem in times of increased hormone production.

And in regards to masturbation, it inherently wouldn't have any detriments. But, the fact that most people would be using porn to solicit a hormonal reaction and thus tug their sausage/ flick their bean, would cause changes in their mental health by being influenced by the notion that they're not as good as the actors/ women like the way they're treated in the vids/ they're sexualised as objects rather than people,/ vice versa for men; that is where problems arise.
Additionally, this can easily lead to addiction and i personally have dealt with it, thus I know of the spiral it can lead to.
Overall masturbation can't affect you if you do it periodically but nnn (non stop nut november) as a concept can cause serious issues with sexual addiction which can drastically affect someone's life.
So what you're basically saying in a long bullshit paragraph is that there's pretty much no long term damage to masturbation? Thats a lot of words to use just to agree with me lmfao. Addiction isn't a long term damage to your body, you can get addicted to pretty much anything that doesn't mean everything causes damage to you body. Sure porn addiction is harmful but addiction to anything is harmful. Also you're talking about addiction to porn, I asked you what's the long term damage of masturbation? There have been 100s of trials tests etc and none of them have found any damage caused by masturbation, be it long term or short term. Addiction is a different topic altogether
