sidenote i'm doing this with the rosters we know now so I'm not doing EG
100t: I think Cryo makes the team insane with him awping, asuna on the kayo entry role and bang playing smokes. My main concerns are Derrek on fade and stellar playing that flex initiator role now that Will is no longer on the team. With cryo likely playing 100% chamber and jett, stellar will be asked to play less sentinel characters and more things in the Dephh agent pool, kayo breach maybe even fade. I'm not sure how well he will do on those. Derrek is already a great sova but I'm not convinced by his fade yet and apart from those two I'm not confident about his breach or really any other agent.
c9: Yay and Vanity are obviously fantastic players and have very solidified roles, but the other 3 perplex me a bit. I'm not sure how the other three's roles are going to work. They're all good not great raze's, play plenty of initiators, but I'm not sure how the sova and breach will be. Xeppaa is sick at kayo skye and fade, zellsis is great at kayo and kj, leaf on skye and viper but who plays breach and who plays sova. My guess is its zellsis breach xeppaa sova but those 3 players roles could be a problem.
SEN: Language barrier is obvious but IMO Tenz is gonna make or break this team. We know that pancada sacy and zekken play their roles at a top 5 in the region level, and dephh is a good igl who knows how to play a lot of roles. Tenz, though, is still a ? on chamber. His jett is top tier, and he can play a lot of duelists at an average level, but he really only had 1 tourney on chamber and looked good not great. If he plays chamber at an ardiis yay cryo level this team will be insane
NRG: s0m's smokes are the obvious question mark IMO. I'm confident his omen will be fine, but what happens when they need viper and brim play? Smokes players need to be able to play all 4 agents nowadays, and I'm not sure how first time brim and viper for him will go. In theory he'll be fine but when the competition is pancada and bang its tough to think s0m can keep up. IMO they'll let him flex a little, so he'll maybe play kay/o or jett on breeze or sage on IB, but that still means he's playing a lot of omen brim astra. Either way he's playing with 4 world class players so he'll prob be fine.
EG obviously will be behind these teams but on the plus side Jawgemo is world class IMO and boostio and him as a fragging duo is sick, though ethan c0m and supamen as the final three doesn't strike much confidence for me.
I know less abt the br/latam teams but as of rn
LEV/Loud are both world class teams with ? at the controller position while the other 4 are insane players
Kru's team is def weaker than most, and for me its up to how well their fragging trio of xand nagz and daveeys can perform. If daveeys is a steal and becomes one of the best fraggers in the Americas this team can do well with lots of structured calling, but if its the same fragging from 2021 with nagz and daveeys isn't ready, this team will be bad.
Furia looks awesome but Mazin is the biggest igl ? of any team. IMO Mwzera is an upgrade on nzw, but mazin is the only guy in Americas with no igling experience who will igl in 23. Apart from that the team has some great players but Mazin might just not be a good igl and they flop
Mibr is the similar to EG for me, don't really know the players and the current ones really aren't all that. From the rumors i like rglm and heat but players like jzz and frz are probably not up to par with the c9 or loud players.
LMK what you guys think, especially for the br ones that i know less abt.
