Org maybe OG or BIG? Not dream team, but team made out of tier 2 and players who won't make VCT:

Roxie - initiator/IGL
MiniBoo - entry
7ssk7 - Chamber/Jett
Aslan - controller (maybe Zeddy, but IMO Aslan is really underrated)
Monsteerr - sentinel/flex

coach: Engh

I think this roster could be decent. I think 7ssk7, Aslan and Monsteerr are somewhat proven already and IMO Roxie is one of the better VRL IGLs(if he is IGL) and suits role wise and I didn't come with other entry player and MiniBoo is definitely one of the better entry players in tier 2. If Boo doesn't make franchising then I would take him.

jdm is the only one I can think of in the tier 2 scene that has really popped off for them, FaZe isn't necessarily Tier 2 but I feel like without the structure some players and staff are "tier 2 players" (flyuh and poised mainly)

which other coaches are there I can't think

josh rt maybe but nah I think jdm is a better coach than immi, no disrespect to immi, I think hes a great coach, I just think once FaZe got jdm as a coach they became significantly better
