Why is GC dominated by NB and not other regions?

I just realized this, literally all the GC drama is always on NA and not anywhere else
I think EU or MENA has a ruling that doesn't allow it but other than that I don't think there's a single team that can qualify to Berlin atm that isn't 5 cis women (excluding NA's second seed)

X10 - All CIS (afaik)

LATAM:
KRÜ/FIRE - All CIS (afaik for Fire)

No clue for east asia
