Tsm and rise have 40 points while c9 and geng have 50 so how does tsm qualify to lcq for the 8th spot

one way for them to qual would be for rise to end 7th/8th and for tsm to win at least one time, but i dont know all the ways they could qual

lol im a fan to both idky but i feel like all 100t fans tsm fans and liquid fans are usually in the same boat so i support all of them even tho the fans hate hate each other lmao
