I think EU work ethic is on par with KR/CN, it's only NA's work ethic that gets clowned on.

its def better than NA but not better than kr or china,i saw rookie on some clip saying he has friends in eu in the pro scene and the work ethic or routines are worse than china them and korea ive heard they prac like 13h a day eu def isn't doing that much

For some reason I feel this way as well, but it might be more of G2 thing. I'm not master of LoL but feels like their bot line was getting diffed hard and Caps was carrying so hard but started playing so bad midway. While I feel like RGE and FNC won't have this problem because overall their bot lines are better and Larsson and Humanoid feel more consistent than Caps. Also feels bit that G2 were trolling draft back in MSI. But yeah them flopping is possible.
