Watching the g2 vs guild game rn.
Just had a thought, I really think you could build a womens super team that could sweep the competition.

I think what makes these top teams strong rn is thier strats and structure.
The firepower/superstar fragging is not as high as I think it could be.

thats a stretch. you could build a woman's super team from all the regions combined that has tier 1 potential maybe but sweeping through the competition is pushing it too far.

Are you talking about the game changers tournaments or ??
Cause I think a european womens superteam could sweep that.
Would be pretty unknown how they would do in ascension/vrl so i left that out

G2 already sweeps female scene. G2 map difference last 3 GC (+ this one):
GC III 2021: 18-2
GC I 2022: 19-1
GC II 2022: 18-1
GC III 2022: 13-1 so far

I know g2 sweeps rn.
It makes sense, players with years on years on experience in other fps games.
Housed by a good org, great coaches
But I think there is other talent that went given the resources good beat g2

would be dope if some teams made of the best of the best of the ladies joined the tier 2 scene. Statistically speaking, because some many more guys play video games than girls, there are just more guy players that are elite, but that doesnt mean there arent ladies out there that would mop the floor on some of these guy teams

issue is scheduling really.
It would be alot for them to play qualis for vrl and then also gc.
Cause vrl would also probably have league play over several weeks.

I mean Im pretty sure the prizepool and viewership is bigger in gc.
They would have to make a deep run in vrl to the finals for it to be worth it

No shot GC has bigger viewership than VRLs. (atleast some of them, like Spain, France, Turkey)

Which in stage 1 averaged 564 viewers.

The popping leagues are really spain/france/turkey

A lot is probably gonna change when the orgs that brought the numbers are gonna move up to the T1 franchise league.

So you are probably right, the GC is gonna pull more views until the VRL clash in the ascensions.

I think that in all regions there is a GC superteam:

BR: Team Liquid Brazil
EMEA: G2 Gozen
APAC: Alter Ego Celeste
NA: C9W

All these female players could be playing in franchise next year (since the main VALORANT scene is mixed)

Not this year no, my guess is that they are like 1 year behind male scene (format wise). Pretty sure all franchised teams have to sign a roster for next year so most likely gonna grow a lot

The amount of teams signed up for this tournament were insane

actually male scene doesn't exist... its a mixed scene, but unfortunately male players are majority (if not all) into the scene

I think Guild X really is a combination of the best talent that was left in EMEA after G2 is formed. So like 2nd superteam

Roxi/ cinnamon/ Smurfette is a really solid core, plus ness who was OXG’a superstar and Annja who was best player in G2 for a while it’s really really good. Both teams will do great internationally

Okay so just did the math, for GUILD X not to go to LAN someone different than them or G2 would have to win the whole thing. Cause they have 115 points rn, if Navi places second they would end up with 110, same for RIX, second places equals 110 points for them too, and all BBL, Rebels, Acend or Tenstar have less that that. So yeah, only win works for all those teams

Who ever wins this tournament goes to LAN, unless G2 wins, in that case I haven’t done the math but I’m pretty sure G2 would get the direct spot and GUILD X would then be the top circuit points and go to LAN. But yeah not sure but very likely they are both going
