Imo they need someone like neT or ayrin who could play like the sentinel/controller (viper) role. They already might have their initiator and flex with leaf and xeppaa

Leaf can be insane as flex tho, can’t think of many better, not sure how much better FNS is than Vanity tbh, at least he frags more, and about Xeppa he’s kinda there Ig xD

I think zekken is sort of flex right? Maybe it doesn't show because XSET seems to be a very versatile team where each of the 4 players after Cryo play multiple roles depending on the map

I mean just grab up eeiu or Trent, whichever is cheaper. Both are probably the best available info initiators, since Crashies is only going with Victor and Derrek is already signed with 100T. Or BCJ, forgot about him.

I say eeiu because I forgot nrg made franchising lol. Plus, nrg or Eg will pick up crashes and vic, the other would probably grab BCJ or Eeiu if nrg grab crashes and vic.

Everyone seems to forget that leaf is actually a really good duelist player. His neon is really strong and he's been flexing onto agents like viper recently. Xeppa has a really good sage and is a solid kayo and fade player, his kayo is probably on the same level as asuna although i will admit he has underperformed on fade. Vanity showed he can frag out even as an igl during lcq by fragging and carrying on omen, and he did take c9 to champs 2021 within 3 months of being with them. Finally, c9 came third in the lcq while playing basically a 4v5 because curry was putting up abysmal numbers. It is safe to say that the core deserves to be there after considering all of this. Plus trent or eeiu can both play sova and fade to a high level, while also filling in the breach role on maps like haven or fracture. Also yay is yay, he will be an insane firepower upgrade for c9 no matter what happens. On paper, this is a super team.
