Can GE make a roster of full SEA players? Or do they need

at least 3 Indian players because of the import rule?

They can do it if they want, just like SEN can sign 5 Brazilians I'm pretty sure

No, the roster core has to be from the team's region, no more country limitations within said region.

So GE are free to sign 3 SEA players

Yes, they just need 4 players to be from their general region (Pacific), otherwise no restrictions that I could find.

there are only restrictions for rosters with players from other franchises (in this case, americas and emea)
