So, whats the plan for the tier 2 scene of val?
Is there anything or is it gonna be normal (challengers, mnasters, champs)?

All tier 2 teams will be able to play in the ascension program which will let teams make their way towards being part of the franchise teams that can make champs iirc. I can be wrong tho, but I think thats the main plan for t2 for now.

Some key confirmed points:

• There will be 20+ Challenger leagues for the tier 2 scene, so we can expect areas like Brazil and LATAM, CIS and Turkey, Korea and Japan, etc. to remain separate for qualifying tournaments
• There will be LANs, so once teams from each Challenger league have qualified to their region’s Ascension Tournament, they will likely have something similar to Masters with “dozens of squads” competing across these three tournaments
• The top team(s) from each Ascension Tournament will be promoted to their region’s international VCT league
